Downloading Tips

The tutorials are PDFs, viewable with Acrobat Reader. It is recommended (but not mandatory) that you download the file to your computer before opening and viewing. To do this, simply click on the link and hold until a contextual ("pop-up") menu appears. From this list, choose the appropriate "Save Link to Disk..." option, select the saving destination (the desktop is a good place) and save. Then you can find the file on your desktop (or wherever you saved it) and open it by double-clicking on it. Downloading the tutorial using this method allows you to view the PDF in Acrobat Reader instead of in your browser window, and allows you look at it regardless of any internet connection.

In most cases, the images have been "stuffed" for downloading as a self-extracting file. Once it is downloaded, you will have to unstuff it simply by double-clicking on it (if it has not expanded automatically.) If you have any trouble automatically decompressing the file, check to see that you have the latest version of the free decompression software from Aladdin Systems.
